Sometimes, tenants cause problems. While every landlord hopes that each of her tenants will comply with the rules, pay their rent in a timely manner and not bother others, problem tenants can make their life a nightmare. When this happens, a landlord has a few different options. Most landlords usually speak to the tenant in question in the hopes of encouraging a change in the unacceptable behavior.
